1 Introduction

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

5 Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Placement

All bets on dj999 are placed via the online interface. A bet is accepted and binding only when you receive a confirmation screen or notification from dj999 confirming the bet reference number, the selection, the stake, and the odds accepted. Bets that do not generate a confirmation screen are not accepted and no funds will be deducted. 5.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

5.3 Odds Changes

Odds displayed on dj999 are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. If the odds on your selected market change between the time you initiate a bet and the time it is processed, you will be notified of the new odds before the bet is confirmed and given the option to accept the revised odds or cancel the transaction. In-play odds are particularly subject to rapid change.

5.4 Void Bets

dj999 reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances: an obvious pricing error that is materially different from the true market price; late acceptance of a bet after an event has already commenced where in-play betting is not offered for that market; corruption or match-fixing involving the event; cancellation of the event; or any technical error that results in incorrect odds or market information being displayed.

Where a bet is voided, the original stake is returned to the player's account balance. dj999 will communicate voided bets via the account transaction history and, where practicable, by email or SMS notification.

5.5 Cricket Betting Specific Rules

For cricket betting markets including BPL, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other international competitions, the following specific rules apply:

• Match winner markets: settled on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (BCB, ICC, BCCI). Super overs are included in match result settlement.
• In-play markets: settled on ball-by-ball data provided by dj999's official data provider. Any discrepancy between live broadcast and data feed will be resolved in favour of the official scorer's record.
• Abandoned matches: where fewer than the minimum number of overs required by Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method have been bowled, all bets except those on markets already concluded will be voided and stakes returned.
• Reduced-over matches: all pre-match bets stand unless the match is reduced to fewer than the minimum DLS threshold, in which case void rules apply.
• Tournament outrights: if a tournament is abandoned or cancelled before the final is completed, all outrights bets will be voided unless a winner has been officially declared by the governing body.

6 Casino Games

6.1 RNG Games

8 Prohibited Conduct

9 Intellectual Property

12 Responsible Gaming
